Sometimes or even most of the time … You know you’re doing your best but … It seems that things (or life in general) lag - there is simply not enough reward in our life for the effort or whatever we expend. But why? It would seem that if you do enough good things that you will get more reward. Simple right? So why isn’t every thing perfect if we know this and we’re doing our best? Who knows …

But listen there is magic in writing, whatever you write takes on a life of its own, it builds momentum. So for now I would simply like to suggest; that you (if you don’t already) add some clarity to your issues (whatever they are) by writing about it. Maybe make very brief notes for the purpose of simplification or even an exhaustive journal to work out the finer details - but do something so you have your thoughts (and feelings) down on paper. When doing this it can be amazing what a cleared “sense” you can achieve - like a fog has lifted. Most importantly it can give you the courage to move on with the things that matter to you.

Something that might matter to you is addiction recovery. I know it matters to me because I’ve had to deal with it for more than half of my life. My name is Douglas Bodaczewski, Self-Made Addiction Expert and Author. I want you to know exactly why the majority of people who try to quit using can NOT ever remain on a sober path of recovery. As a modern author on the subject of addiction I’m releasing my new book: THE QUIT USING DRUGS PLAN THAT INCORPORATES CONTINUING TO USE DRUGS

From the back of the book:
Have you tried to quit using but have failed in the past?

With-in this book you will rediscover how to consciously accelerate and awaken your inborn natural ability to control addictions and strengthen your willpower. This is a simple method that is easy to understand and use, in fact it’s so simple it’ll knock your ***** socks off when you realize how effective it is. If you’re ready to multiply the effectiveness of your current program the easy and natural way or if you’re not in a program and want a technique that is as effective as it is instinctive. Whether you want to quit for good, just lay off for a while or cut down. If you’re “trying but failing” this is for you.

… And yet this method is so simple anyone could use it.

If you would like to know what thousands upon thousands of addicts can NOT even imagine, then I urge you to buy my book today.

Lets be clear - nothing comes free, you’ll have to work through this book and the method over and over again to get it to work for you, but make no mistake it does work very well. The problem(s) lie in the erroneous and generic misconceptions of the mind. And as these concepts become more fully formed and realized at a concrete level - The problems (concerning the issue) dissolve like a dream you wake up from; there is nothing left and the issue is resolved. The actual practice of this method, makes its function self explanatory, you’ll understand it as you use it.

Please note that this is an extremely simplified book under 30 pages, not exhaustive. Only buy my book if you are ready to cut the complicated **** and do what actually needs to be done; real simple, and very effective. In my book I tell you the real reasons you can’t put it down to begin with, when you do stop you pick it up again and why you can’t develop real commitment.

Click the link on this page to order a copy. So you can find out right now for yourself the exact reasons why the majority of people who try to quit using can NOT ever remain on a sober path of recovery.

Q: Why is this book so darn short?

A: This Book is intended as a catalyst, in a simplified and basic bare skeleton form - none the less having a very empowering message. The more you work with the method described in the book the further your skill will progress, but you have to start somewhere. In the book I show the reader that this subject in all seriousness does not have to be complicated.

So if addiction recovery is important to you, I urge you to buy my book today so you can find out the #1 "trigger" busting secret, and let me show you how this can be your reality now.
So … You might be wondering what actually makes me a Self-Made Addiction Expert as I claim. Well … I know from theory to practice, actual experiments to prove the method.

Experiment works and theory is therefore proven and method is mastered. This is science not just speculation. From the inside out; that is being an addict and then solving the riddle of addiction by necessity and then putting it to practice and proving that it works. From this variety (of substance) to that variety I have tested and proven not just theory but the fact that my method enables you to have the capacity, the ability, to put something down. That is the goal; actual ability to perform a function, and genuine commitment to; being sober and long lasting sobriety. This then bleeds into other areas of your life further empowering you. Because of these facts I am an Addiction Expert. My name is Douglas Bodaczewski, I have the real answers and the real method, and trust me I want you to know it.

The definition of will

Willingness, motivation, inclination or desire.

Example: It was the mans inclination to do as he pleased.

The definition of power

The ability to perform a function.

Example: The ability, was at last, at hand, the man tried and it seemed to work just fine.
The definition of willpower on the functional side:

The ability to do what you want to do (usually within a moral code). The key to achieving this is to have a belief system that does NOT contradict itself.

Example: The mans ability to act appropriately resolved the matters, which was all he wanted to do.
The definition of willpower on the dysfunctional side:

The inability to do what you want to do while struggling
against your own internal
urges (sometimes outside a moral code). The key to achieving this is to have a belief system that DOES contradict itself.

Example: Being his own worst enemy the man struggled to control his own urges, but his inability was obvious.
THE REALM OF DOUGLAS DICTIONARY
LET ME FURTHER EXPLAIN
UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE WILLPOWER PLAYS IN ADDICTION...
Ask yourself (anywhere in the process of trying to either quit or remain sober) these key questions to decide if you have willpower issues concerning addiction:

Q 1: Do I want to quit even though I am willing to keep using?
Q 2: Do I feel unable to make the decision to quit even though I want to?
Q 3: Do I still have a stash of my substance that I haven’t decided what to do with even though I am trying to be sober?
Q 4: Is it hard for me to say no to offers to use again (though I‘m trying to be sober), even if it involves having to say no repeatedly at length?
Q 5: Do I often want to use even though I’ve already quit?
Q 6: Do I feel that it is hard to avoid buying substances at the store when I see them even though I have already quit or am currently trying to quit?
Q 7: Do I often think of reasons I should use even though I know better and I‘m trying to be sober?
Q 8: When passing the site or smell of a substance (similar to or the same as what I’ve already quit or am trying to quit) being used by others do I then feel like I want to use again?
Q 9: Do memories and thoughts supporting using (something I’ve quit using or am trying to quit using) come to mind often?
Q 10: Do I feel like using even though I am trying to stay sober?
Q 11: Do I feel overwhelmed by the necessary changes I need to make in order to quit using or continue abstaining from using even though it is important to me?
Q 12: Am I still using or having issues of wanting to use (something that I‘m trying to quit)?
Decide if you would rather be able to answer the previous questions with the following answers:

A 1: I am willing to quit right now.
A 2: I have already put the substance down.
A 3: I have already thrown away all left over substances.
A 4: It is easy for me to say no as many times as I have to in order to stay sober.
A 5: I’ve already quit (months or years ago) and I’ve never wanted to use since.
A 6: I avoid buying substances at the store very easily now because I don’t want it.
A 7: I can’t really think of any reasons to use again.
A 8: I don’t miss using when I encounter people who are using.
A 9: My head is clear of thoughts to use, I simply don’t have them because I’ve outgrown them.
A 10: I really don’t feel like using anymore, being sober feels better.
A 11: Using the simplistic method in the book: The Quit Using Drugs Plan That Incorporates Continuing To Use Drugs By Douglas Bodaczewski, made the quitting process both easy to understand, instinctive to do and brought about a genuine recovery that feels “right”.

A 12: I am now free and clear of all addiction issues, having used all the resources available at www.therealmofdouglas.com, I am now "pro-sober".
Definitions:

Dysfunctional willpower: Resisting your own desires or in other words inhibition.
Cause: Having a contradictory belief (consciously and/or subconsciously) to what you want to do.

Functional willpower: The ability to do what you want uninhibited.
Cause: Having beliefs (consciously and/or subconsciously) that do not contradict each other.

Goal:

Do what you want (quit using) and do it uninhibited without regrets - with out ever relapsing, by completely ending all of your internal conflict and outgrowing your past desires to use, by creating a purely pro-sober belief system (and perspective), thus mastering addiction and being in a state of genuine recovery (for the rest of your life).

Explanation:

Creating your life style: Your beliefs are creating your ability to create the life style you live and your power to do what you want. Your beliefs determine what you equate for the fulfillment of your desires, desires such as a longing for meaning, a need for humor, an urge for excitement; every one has these type of desires but the addict equates using a substance for the answer, solely because of an addict belief system and with out that belief system the person would do entirely different things. These desires lead you down a path of creating this lifestyle.

Solving the problem: If you have contradictory desires to both use and to quit then there is resistance and you have to exert your power over your desires (because you keep wanting to use when your goal is to quit) which is a complete waste of time mind game. Instead the focus should always be on your beliefs, not resisting your own desires, so focus on the cause (your beliefs) not the symptom (your desires) and you can end this game. Once the necessary changes (in your belief system) have been made quitting then becomes a struggle free and cohesive experience. And it really only takes about as much willpower to quit as it might take to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich - nothing extreme. But it has to be functional! So ending the internal conflict so you don’t have the contradictory beliefs and the desires that support using is very important because without that crucial step not only will you be in a state of dysfunction for the rest of your life - knowing that you are not making sense (with other people knowing it too) but your recovery would be fake and superficial. So be real and get the book and use the technique - it is the last thing addicts who can’t ever quit will ever do and now you do not have to be one of them.

There could not possibly be a more simplistic method available anywhere that actually works, be sure to get your copy today. I highly recommend getting the digital version first and the hardcopy second. And I really do hope you enjoyed your time here at this web page.
